The Company

Cohort 01 · 12 weeks

A 12-week formation, not a course.

Four schools, in order. Each one hands its work to the next, and every week adds a section to the one portfolio you'll defend at commissioning.

Four schools, in order

Twelve weeks. Four schools. One table.

Identity

Weeks 1-3 · To become

Who God made you to be: calling, character, and the kingdom blueprint.

Priesthood

Weeks 4-6 · To abide

Living from God's presence: creative intercession, discernment, imagination.

Kingship

Weeks 7-9 · To build

Mastery of craft: narrative control, then your guild's specialisation.

Dominion

Weeks 10-12 · To lead

Brand, enterprise and commissioning. Sent with a three-year plan.

A week at the table

The week has a shape.

Monday: The drop

The week's teaching and assignment brief land in your cohort home.

Wednesday: The live table

Facilitated session with your school's HOD. Cameras on, questions welcome.

Friday: The pod

Four to six of you. Critique, prayer, and the honesty the work needs.

Sunday: The ship

Your deliverable goes in before midnight. Feedback returns by Wednesday.

One capstone

You graduate with one thing: the Kingdom Vanguard Portfolio.

Not a stack of assignments but a single, cumulative body of work. Week 3 seals your identity blueprint. Week 6 adds your rule of life and storytelling manifesto. Week 9, your creative project and ownership strategy. Week 12, your brand positioning and three-year plan, defended before a panel. Then you are commissioned in person.
